Founder of AleaBefore establishing Alexander & Partner Rechtsanwälte mbB in 2013, Oliver Alexander worked in the legal department of the multi-billion industrial Preussag Group in Hannover from 1996 to 1998; he was Head of International Department at Al-Attiya Legal Consultant and Attorney in Doha, Qatar from 1998 to 2011 and associated partner at Amereller Rechtsanwälte in Berlin and Doha, Qatar from 2011 to 2013. Oliver Alexander has played a key role in several major construction and infrastructure projects in many GCC countries, especially in Qatar. Currently he is advising on large energy projects in Africa in H2 production and solar energy systems. He has also been involved in major investments by Arab investors in companies and projects in Germany and other European countries, especially in the real estate, infrastructure and renewable energy sectors. He is highly experienced in matters of adjudication, mediation and arbitration. He is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR among others, and a Certified Lawyer for International Business Law with a Diploma Degree in English Law from the University of Aberystwyth.xander & Partner.
